Artist Statement:
Sharis creates fresh, contemporary art that springs from her passionate approach to life. Concepts emerge fully clothed in color and strong in design. A brand new form born first from intellect then from emotion, becomes visible and introduces itself to the world. Her work has sold internationally and has been featured in numerous articles, both online and in print. She is the founder and former owner of Affaire d'art - International Fine Art Gallery in Galveston, Texas.
Sharis is also a published author of two books. "Ignition: Poetry, Passion and Love" and "Connection: Poetry, Passion and Love" can be found on Amazon. Many of her paintings featured here on Zatista (available or sold) are featured in the books. She is currently working on her third book entitled "Reaction: Poetry, Passion and Love".
Sharis is also a Singer/Songwriter and has released 10 singles and a full length album entitled "Evolution of Love", available on iTunes, CDBaby, GooglePlay, and Amazon.
