Artist Statement:
I’ve always been drawn to beauty, creativity, and aesthetics in everything. My profession as an interior designer leads me to consider everything in my projects from shapes, lines, colors, and textures to small and less obvious details others may not notice. I apply this same vision to my artwork. Every picture I paint is like my child - created with love, care, and passion. Having a continuous interaction with the painting along the way is the most important process for me as it usually takes many turns before it reaches the finishing line.
What I paint can be driven by many things. It may be something as simple as my mood, the latest trends in interior design, or even a sudden inspiration from something I see. Sometimes a beautiful scene may come alive in my mind and I want to put that on canvas. Whatever the inspiration is, I always want to express my feelings, emotions, and thoughts through artistic forms. These impressions then materialize through layered painted compositions.
I’m originally from Kyrgyzstan, but in recent years I’ve been living and working in the US. I recently moved to Dallas TX.
